No sound, cannot remove entries in device manager
There currently aren't any updated drivers with this particular sound card. Only the original drivers will work with this product. All I really care about is continued driver support, and it looks like there is none. C/L Tech support offers no solution for driver downloads for this card, much less updates.

The Brown Menace (Part II)
No. There are two possible sound architectures in the kernel: OSS and ALSA. One doesn't work for ALSA. Are you sure that there is not a driver for your card that .... There is no logical connection there. If your sound does not work, you should look in your kernel first. Only if teher is no driver there should you

Can't get Creative SoundBlaster Live! to work
I popped it in and attempted to install drivers. Windows refused to install them. It said that there were no drivers available for that particular piece of hardware. The 875 chipset drivers as well as the RAID controllers will install normally, but again the Ethernet controller will not work.

Can anyone tell me how find my sound card???
I know he used this board for sound as well. I've been to the Motorola site - couldn't find anything. I tried Windrivers but no joy. I tried some modem help sites but no joy. There are no drivers on the CD for this modem (that I could get to work). In fact the only modem drivers on the WinME CD for Motorola were

SB-Live! Model-SB0220, no drivers online
I can plug a joystick into the ADB port and it will work with no drivers installed - of course, it will act like a mouse, but a Windows joystick won't do scanner would require some software (mine doesn't install a driver, just an application to control the scanner), as would a 3D board, or an add-on sound card.

3 for 3
(Oh BTW it is a quite competent Windows 3d sound card) If you want to continue to use OS2, you need to continue to use legacy hardware or these sorts of things will (almost always) happen. Who do you think is writing these drivers? No one, that's who. No drivers, no support. It's as simple as that.

USB: mark USB drivers as being GPL only
It is not that there's no bass, there is, just to the front speakers only (because there is NO sound going to the rear speakers in most cases). Whoever decides to send me the dvd player better also ship some rear speakers. 4. The DOS support doesn't work at all. AU30DOS.COM locks my machine up tight.

But I am getting no sound out of it...The modem does not appear anywhere. Is the modem NT Compt? I think not.
